A landfill on the Island Samsø has been chosen as the second of the three study sites in GEOCON. The landfill is situated in a clayey till, which from a geological and geophysical point of view will add an extra dimension to field investigations in GEOCON. Preliminary geophysical measurements show promising results. The field scale characterization of the field site will start spring 2015.
